88 Shades RV Park is nestled in the heart of Quartzsite in the Arizona desert. Quartzsite lies west of Phoenix at the junction of Interstate 10 and US highway 95, 17 miles east of the Colorado River in La Paz county.
Established in 1867, it was named Quartzsite because of quartz found in the area.
This is a rock hunter’s paradise with agates, gold,
quartz, and many others found locally. Quartzsite boasts several points of interest including gem & mineral shows, RV shows, craft fairs, flea markets, historical sites, and places to ride your ATV. You can practice photography, search for petroglyphs, stargaze, enjoy magnificent sunsets and enjoy the thrill and excitement of a Pinzgauer ride (when offered).

Area attractions include Lake Havasu, Emerald Canyon Golf Course, Buckskin Mountain State Park and Swansea townsite among others.
