We do a lot of traveling and can think of nothing more spectacular than sharing thoughts and ideas for your planning. There are lots of options for things to see and modes to get there the fun is in the decision.

I have yet to go anywhere that didn't offer something special or unique and I welcome your thoughts for the special places you know of to explore.

One of Weesie's favorite places to travel is Australiaand although I cover lots of miles within the United States each year and will share many of those with you in features to come, I do make a special plan almost every year to go "Down Under".

As much as we all love the many places here at home in the grandest country, the USA, it is magical to visit other places. We speak the same language as the "Aussies" but there are as many differences as there are similarities.

The most obvious is the different hemispheres Christmas is in the summer. The animals and birds of Australia are dramatically different and those Australians have some sayings and words that are so much fun for visitors "You got the rough end of the pineapple" which means you got a bad deal. "Pack your kit pack, grab your cozzie and let's go to the beach." means pack up your possessions, take your swimsuit
