Wales West is a unique concept centering around a modern RV Park, fully equipped with all the latest facilities to earn a 5W rating from Woodall. It is a true train & garden lovers RV resort. In an effort to share their love for trains and gardens with the general public, the owners have created a 13-acre train & garden park that surrounds the Wales West RV Resort. The park is open to the general public o­n weekends and special event days through the year. It offers a host of activities designed to entertain and educate young and old alike.

It is filled with Victorian era Welsh buildings, from train stations to an authentic Welsh chapel imported from Wales, England. With a three-acre lake, nature trails, a maze, a Tearoom, and gift shop there is a lot to enjoy. There are also gardens everywhere bursting with different colors as the seasons change.

Then there are the trains!
A 2 ft. steam powered Welsh narrow gauge railway circles the park. The park also has a mile long 7.5 gauge grand scale track and garden gauge tracks of almost every shape and size winding through the woods and gardens. You are invited to bring your own trains to the park or just come and enjoy riding o­n ours. Wither you're a hobbyist or just looking for a fun place to visit, we are sure that this is the closest experience of visiting Wales, England you can have, short of actually going there.

Our RV Resort is surrounded by a North Wales countryside including its very own Welsh narrow gauge railway, which runs through woodlands, gardens, and a Welsh-styled railway station that has a tearoom and gift shop.

The RV Resort has a beautiful Community Building (sometimes called a Fellowship Hall) set up high o­n a point by the lake, modeled after a Welsh manor house with a 1200 sq. ft. "Great Room" for parties, dances and club meetings. This Community building also houses a fully equipped exercise room, a huge indoor pool and Jacuzzi, coin laundry, computer room and vending machines.

The Resort also has a Keep! The Keep (sometimes called a registration/store building) houses the registration desk and park store. Located at the main entrance to the resort, it is modeled after the medieval defense towers of old England. With its towering walls, pointed roof and murder hole windows you can rest easy knowing that the gate to Wales West is well guarded!

Our RV Lots! All of our very large, modern drive thru sites are 40' by 70' with all weather pads and have: 20, 30, 50 amp service, with lighted modern stand, water, & sewer hook-ups. Phone service available, free cable TV, walkway, patio, picnic table and privacy hedges.
