Chef Brett after graduating from the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, he returned to Chicago for a stint at the world renowned Charlie Trotter’s. After moving to Alaska to be the head chef at Jens Restaurant Brett has now staked his own culinary claim, and named it after his daughter, Kinley.

Solomon Loosli, General Manager & Sommelier Solomon: won several Wine Spectator Awards, received the International Restaurant & Hospitality Gold Wine Award, is a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers, was knighted by a Bordeaux wine society in France, worked as a wine professional in France, Germany, and Sonoma.
