This 280 acre waterfront membership camping resort lies on the shores of the beautiful Piankatank River, offering a mix of shady and open campsites.  We have 352 large, full hookup sites, many with 50 amp service, tent sites and rental cabins.  Amenities include pools, Jacuzzi, boat piers, boat ramp, fish-cleaning station, gameroom, tennis and basketball courts, mini-golf, horseshoe pits, camp store, cafe, laundry room and a packed activity schedule.  Our facilities are clean and well-maintained, our staff is friendly and welcoming and we are on-call 24 hours a day to see to your comfort and safe-keeping.

Just thirteen miles upriver from the Chesapeake Bay, the Piankatank River is perfect for boating, water skiing, jet skiing, swimming, crabbing and fishing.  Both saltwater and freshwater fishing are within a 1/4 mile boat ride of our shores.  Three additional catch & release fishing ponds are scattered across the preserve for non-boaters.

Nearby historical attractions include Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown.  Three charming historical villages, Gloucester Courthouse, Mathews Courthouse and Urbanna are within a 1/2 hour's drive of the preserve with great shopping and restaurants.  For the kids, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and Paramount's Kings Dominion are also within easy driving distance.
